14-DAY NO HASSLE RETURNS
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping. That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund. Free shipping on exchanges. Customer pays for return shipping.(minus any shipping and/or gift packaging charges and/or handling fee and/or restocking fee, if any)
RETURNING OR EXCHANGES AN ITEM
The items must be in the original condition, not worn, not washed and with all the tags and labels not removed and still attached.
We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, make-up, perfume, deodorant, tans or odors present, washed or altered in any way.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG MERCHANDISE
All items are fully inspected before being shipped, however, If you receive a defective items and incorrect items, Defective items or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved.Once our customer service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please return the products within 3-5 business days. All shipping charges for return and exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Send the return parcel off to our warehouse and email us the return proof, such as tracking number, copy of shipping receipt.
We will check it within 2 business days after receiving your returned product. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for your money to be returned to your account.
Incorrect order(size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

That you will be liable for any customs or duty charges if applicable for your return.
All returns recommend use safe and fast shipping agent like DHL/EMS/FEDEX to make sure the package reach on time. Customer is responsible for lost package/expired returns if she/he used unsafe and non-track able postal shipping service.
For safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Our fulfillment address information and the shipping and receiving addresses are different – please do not use the address we ship to you from to return your packages as they will be refused.
We do not offer Freight To Collected (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “undelivered” address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
Note that your bank may need longer to process the credit back to your account. Internationally this can take up to 30 days.

Order cancellations in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking / processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.
Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
