- We offer free shipping by China Post Air Mail and Epacket.
- Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a ticket for help.
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- It may take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
- Normally we need 2-5 business days to prepare the order. Our working week is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). If you have special request on shipping,please contact us for help.
- We aim to deliver each order within 48 hours (weekends and Public Holidays not included), but sometimes due to high order volumes, some orders may be delayed due to some hot items are temporarily out of stock. In this case, please take this into consideration when placing order and if you are ordering for a time-sensitive event.
- When order is dispatched, an official tracking number will be updated to our website and via email to you. You can track your order by the tracking number on the express official website or by order tracker in our website.
- Please keep tracking your order and confirm receipt to us when you got the package. We will also send you an notification by email when the package is signed.
- We are not responsible for delays coursed by custom taxes and other custom’s charges.
- Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we can not declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that she/he entered the correct address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address,zip code and phone number you are filling, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
- If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund. Please note that Returning shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Please do not refuse any delivery. If you refuse your delivery without prior consent from us, or wish to cancel your order before delivery, then you have broken your contractual agreement to accept delivery of the goods you have purchased. You will be liable for all shipping fees in both directions, import fees and taxes. A 20% restocking fee will apply for any refused merchandise. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
